All tour bookings are subject to availability. To securely reserve your spot on our Heritage Walking Tour or Cruise Excursions, an explicit confirmation from our booking team is required. We recommend booking in advance, particularly during the peak tourist season.

The prices listed on our platform are accurate at the time of publishing. However, we reserve the right to alter pricing based on seasonal variations. Payments must be completed through approved channels prior to the commencement of the tour.

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
• Short Notice cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
• Weather Factors: In the event of severe weather impacting cruise safety, we will either reschedule your experience or provide a full refund.

While we strive to provide the safest experience, guests participate in walking and boating tours at their own risk. Spice & Silk Cruise Routes, including our certified guide (License No. KT/2010/108), is not liable for personal injury, lost property, or incidents caused by external factors while navigating Fort Kochi.
